Need to sell 2005 Harley FLRHSI. Red Sunglo is what they called the color in '05.

-Sundowner Seat. The stock seat is included also. Also added were "Road King" logos to the front fender. 45, 818 miles.

Tri frame for a roadbike?

The tri bikes frames for geomotry is not the same,as road, and are not going to handle the corners well as a classic crit bike,or 100mile bike. As do most triathletes I know. Probably only about 10% of the racers I know have actual tri bikes.
In fact, for my first year of racing, I rode my commuter bike with knobby tires.
Since you're 5'4", you might also want to looking to women-specific bikes, depending on the fit.
My advice to anyone looking for a bike: test ride lots and lots of bikes. Then, once you know which bikes you like, you can look into the finer details.
As for components, I'd say focus on getting the right fitting bike, and then you can switch out components as you get more proficient
