Peso Pluma Cancels Florida Concerts Due to Hurricanes, Says He'll Donate to Relief Funds

Peso Pluma is canceling his scheduled concerts in Tampa and Miami in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene and Milton. In a press release Friday, the musician’s team announced that he would no longer be performing at the shows next week, and that Peso would be donating to relief funds.

“[We] stand in solidarity with those affected by the recent hurricanes that impacted the state,” read the statement. “In addition, with his label Double P Records and management Prajin Parlay Inc., Peso has donated funds to local hurricane relief organizations.”

Peso Pluma was set to perform at Tampa’s Amalie Arena on Oct. 16 and at Miami’s Kaseya Center on Oct. 17. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are set to be automatically refunded. Peso’s statement did not reveal to which organizations he donated to, nor how much he was donating.

“Our entire family at Double P Records/Prajin Parlay Inc. prays for everyone affected to have a speedy recovery,” the statement continued.

Given the canceled shows, Peso’s Éxodo tour is now set to conclude on Sunday in Greensboro, North Carolina. His tour lasted nearly four months, with stops across the United States and several shows in Mexico, including two at Mexico City’s Palacio de Los Deportes.
