More than five decades into her illustrious acting career, Diane Keaton remains an enduring icon both on — and off — the screen. The Oscar winner has earned legions of fans from films like Annie Hall, Marvin’s Room and Something’s Gotta Give, but Keaton has also won over the fashion set with her menswear-inspired outfits and her signature glasses.
Now, Keaton is channeling her (be)spectacled style into a new eyewear collection with Look Optic. The capsule collection launches with the namesake “Keaton,” a unisex frame inspired by Seventies silhouettes and “Hollywood glamour.”

Available as readers or with progressive lenses, the Keaton features a slightly square-shaped frame with rounded edges. Strong temples and an arched browline draw attention upwards towards the eyes, while the thicker silhouette works for almost any face shape. Choose from five colorways, including a classic tortoise (seen above), a shiny “black tortoise” with green tinted lenses, and a “cinnamon” colorway with blue tint, among others.
The frames are all made from 100% recycled metal and come with a carrying case made from 100% recycled felt. A microfiber cleaning cloth is also included.
Look Optic says Keaton was the idea partner to collaborate with, calling out her “iconic style.” The company says Keaton personally helped to design the glasses and choose each colorway, noting that it’s the first time she’s ever worked with an eyewear company in her career. In addition to the vintage influences, the “Keaton” frames were also inspired by a pair of old Look Optic frames that the actress had purchased in the past.

While the Look Optic x Diane Keaton collection dropped this month, the brand says the frames are meant to be “sophisticated” and “timeless.” Pricing for the unisex frames also range from $68 to $102, making them a relatively accessible pick-up. In a press release, Look Optic says that “Each pair of glasses seamlessly blends fashion and function to create affordable lenses you will reach for time and time again.”
