Deadheads, it’s time to head back to the lot and get your wallets out. After dropping its first Grateful Dead-inspired collaboration a little over a year ago, New York City-based apparel brand Rowing Blazers has returned with a brand-new capsule. Now available to buy online, the latest Rowing Blazers x Grateful Dead collection features six new items, including a tennis-playing Dancing Bear dad hat, a tie-dyed rugby shirt, and a knit Stealie sweater.

The new Rowing Blazers x Grateful Dead collection follows the brand’s first collaboration with the iconic jam band back in 2023. For its second capsule, the fashion label teamed up with Deadhead Mike Gracie, who previously embroidered Rowing Blazers’ polos and rugby shirts with Dead motifs.
The brand also headed to Sin City to photograph the new campaign, where Dead & Company are playing a residency at the Sphere through August.
“Last year’s collection we shot on location at Barton Hall, during Dead & Company’s show,” Jack Carlson, founder and creative director of Rowing Blazers, tells Rolling Stone. “This year, of course, we shot at the Sphere. It’s an honor to collaborate with the Dead, and with Gracie, once again.”

“Both Rowing Blazers and the Dead have their own cult followings — a community of people who takes it and makes it their own,” Carlson previously told Rolling Stone last year about the first collection. “Not just fans or listeners or customers. It’s a real community. I’ve always loved the culture of the lot at Dead shows, and this tradition of Dead merch where everyone gets to put their own spin on it and weave in their own cultural references.”
