The Journeyman backpack is made primarily of Filson’s signature Tin Cloth and Rugged Twill, which are extremely durable waxed cottons that also resist water. Other materials on the backpack include Cotton Moleskin-lined shoulder straps and Bridle Leather on the adjustment straps, grab handles, and zipper pulls. In short, everything you touch feels solid and durable.
Inside is a padded laptop sleeve for computers up to 15 inches, a large main compartment, and an interior zip pocket for securing valuables. On the outside is a quick-access snap-flap pocket that can be expanded using brass snaps on the sides.
