The powerful cooker uses wood pellets to reach a temperature of up to 450 degrees. The wood infuses meat, veggies, and other food with a better flavor than you get from propane or charcoal grills, and the hopper system permits smoking, baking, roasting, and BBQing, as well as grilling. The Digital Pro Controller automatically dispenses wood pellets to maintain a consistent temperature without constant babysitting.
The Pro 34 also boasts plenty of space to feed large parties. The 884-square-inch cooking area is enough for 8 chickens, 7 racks of ribs, or 40 burgers, according to Traeger.
