The summer just got a whole lot more comfortable — and cozier — for fans of the Grateful Dead. Slowtide, a Costa Mesa, California-based brand that produces surf-inspired apparel and accessories, has restocked its popular Fillmore blanket, just in time for the band’s 60th anniversary.
Previously sold out, Slowtide’s Grateful Dead blanket is now available to snag online starting at $70 (while it lasts). The Fillmore blanket is part of the brand’s officially licensed Grateful Dead collection, which includes towels, ponchos, yoga blankets, and throw blankets, all of which regularly sell out.

One of our favorites from the collab, the Fillmore beach blanket measures 66 x 80 inches, so it’s plenty big for a couple to relax at an outdoor show or on the sand. Of course, the Grateful Dead blanket will also keep you nice and cozy when you’re camping or at the park, or to throw in along with your sleeping bag at night.
Slowtide says it made its blankets and fast-drying towels with sustainable materials, and all of the brand’s products are Oeko-Tex-certified, meaning none of its products are produced with harmful materials.
The brand’s Grateful Dead collection isn’t the only collaboration music fans can find on their site. Previously, Slowtide has also dropped several official lines of merch with groups including Sublime, Wu-Tang Clan, along with a line of merch celebrating Bob Marley.
