Men’s March Madness basketball games will be broadcast on CBS, TBS, TNT, and TruTV If you want to watch every March Madness game online, we recommend getting a cable streaming service that carries all of the above channels. The men’s March Madness tournament kicked off with the First Four on March 18 and wraps up on April 7 with the national championship game.
