Whitney Houston famously sang that “My Love Is Your Love” and now her scent can be your scent too.
HSN has teamed up with the Whitney Houston estate on a new eau de parfum inspired by the singer’s “luminous” personality, warmth, and zest for life. Simply named “Whitney,” a description for the perfume says the product aims to help people “Feel inspired and confident like Whitney, who has always encouraged women to embrace the greatest love for themselves.”

Nods to Houston abound throughout the bottle and scent. The perfume features notes of pear and citrus, balanced by gardenia, ylang-ylang and jasmine. A touch of amber grounds the fragrance with a warm, sensual note. HSN says it worked with Houston’s estate to recreate the singer’s “signature scent,” which was a mix of “fruity, sparkling florals” and a “warm, woody dry down.”
The bottle was similarly inspired, taking its tall, sleek silhouette from Houston’s “elegant stature.” The crystal topper on the bottle, meantime, calls to mind the American Music Award trophy — something Houston took home 22 times.
The Whitney perfume is presented in a purple box — the singer’s favorite color — and features Houston’s signature on the label and packaging.
